指甲纵向色素沉着（线状黑甲；蓝色箭头）及中指横跨甲半月延伸到甲襞近侧的色素沉着（Hutchinson征；红色箭头），伴有拇指指甲圆形色素沉着改变。该患者被诊断出患有肢端雀斑样痣样黑素瘤（恶性黑素瘤的一种）。
