Known CAD with more than 50% stenosis (1 point)

Aspirin use in the past 7 days (1 point)

Severe angina in the preceeding 24 hours (1 point)

Elevated cardiac markers (1 point)

ST deviation greater than 0.5 mm (1 point)

Notes
  • Entry criteria:UA or NSTEMII defined as ischemic pain at rest within past 24H, with evidence of CAD (ST segment deviation or +marker).
  • CAD risk factors included hypertension, family history of CAD, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, and smoking.
