		Patient of Black race (1 point)
		Patient is female (1 point)
		Prior history of stroke (1 point)
		Systolic BP ≥160 mmHg (1 point)
		Body weight ≤65 Kg for women, ≤80 Kg for men (1 point)
		INR >4 or prothrombin time >24 seconds (1 point)
		TPA used instead of another thrombolytic (1 point)
